Job DescriptionJob Purpose or Objective(s):
Provides administrative support to recruiters and the recruitment process.
Promote the Choctaw Nation's mission by placing workforce talent.
You will report to the Employment Manager.
Full-Time Pay Rate:
$23.
35 an hour Monday- Friday 8:
00 AM- 4:
30 PMPrimary Tasks:
1.
You will conduct job scoping of openings by identifying recruiting requirements with hiring managers.
2.
Conduct prequalification of applicants for available positions through a variety of means such as phone interviews, personal interviews, reasonable research and system verification.
3.
Forward applicant information to appropriate managers.
4.
Post requested positions according to established posting and new hire policy.
5.
You will collaborate and consult with management and external departments on the correct procedure, policy, and compliance with the posting and hiring process and guide them through the process to completion of the application process.
6.
May arrange management interviews by coordinating interview schedules; evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
7.
Provide applicants with information about new and ongoing postings and on the application process.
8.
Enhance the Choctaw Preferred Employer of Choice brand by capitalizing on opportunities to improve the processes and automation of the current application tracking technology.
9.
Implement company values and policies.
10.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
oHigh School Diploma or GEDoProficiency with Excel; PowerPoint and OutlookoCollaborate with external customers providing a standard of service corresponding with Administration's expectation.
oAbility to manage confidential information without compromise.
oExperience in staffing preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
